86400 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 86400 platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you expressly agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 86400 platform. Owning more than one account is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 86400 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported any unauthorised access to our support team.

The registration details you provide must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 86400 reserves the right to verify user identity at any time and may request supporting documents before processing withdrawals or certain activities. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure.

3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

Users agree to use the 86400 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment and betting purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action, including account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the system.
• Engaging in fraud, forgery, or any activity intended to deceive the platform or other users.
• Sharing your login credentials with third parties or allowing others to access your account.
• Committing payment fraud, including the use of unauthorised credit cards or payment methods.
• Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system in a manner that violates the stated promotional terms.

86400 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

4. Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy

All transactions on the 86400 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via approved local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local banks listed on the platform.

Deposit

Minimum deposit amounts vary depending on the payment method selected. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 10–60 minutes, depending on the method used. 86400 is not liable for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Prior to your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete an identity verification process. Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. 86400 reserves the right to place a hold on any suspicious withdrawal for investigation and compliance purposes.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and validity periods as stated separately. Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and closure of the accounts involved.

5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

86400 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons, without prior notice in certain cases:

• Violation of any terms set out in this document.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
• Attempts to exploit the system or manipulate game outcomes.
• Accounts inactive beyond the period specified by the platform.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the user.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, 86400 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance with outstanding rollover requirements. Any legitimate real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be processed for withdrawal once the investigation is concluded, provided no serious violations are found.

Users whose accounts have been closed for violations are not permitted to re-register using different information.

6. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms
